How can I send you reference photos for my pet portrait?

You can upload your reference pictures directly when filling out your Custom Pet Portrait request form. If you’d like to send additional photos, please email me at hi@ellie-vanpelt.com

What media do you use?

My favorite medium is colored pencil. I love to layer colored pencil on top of watercolor, or go in directly on wood panel! I’m also experienced with gouache, graphite and acrylic.

What’s the turnaround time for a custom pet portrait?

Please allow two weeks for me to complete your original artwork.

What’s your return policy?

I don’t accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order I will do everything I can to make it right!

Where are your prints made?

I print them myself! I also trim them to size and ship them to you, all from my home studio.
